Impralit® IT is a wood preservative for timber constructions with an excellent effect against insects, blue stain, mould and fungal decay.

Impralit® IT ensures an exceptional timber protection as well as safety for humans and the environment: it is completely free of heavy metals, it guarantees extraordinary results and has a high level of working safety.

Impralit® IT can be applied by brushing, dipping or spraying in spraying tunnels or tank immersion in stationary tanks. Regardless of the application method, Impralit® IT achieves an excellent timber protection.

The result of using Impralit® IT has been tested and the effects completely correspond to the requirements for construction work control.

Fire retardant for wood

Application: For preventive protection of structural (building) wood against fire, mould and fungi, causing decay, wood-destroying insects (wood eaters).
The fire retardant is designed for wooden structures that do not come into contact with moisture and water, according to use class 1 and 2 according to BDS EN 335-1.

How to use: The fire retardant is available as a powder concentrate that is diluted with water in a ratio of 1:4 (5 kg concentrate + 20 l. water). The resulting 20% solution can be applied by brushing, spraying, dipping or under pressure in an autoclave.

How to apply:
160 l/m2 – up to 2 coats – protects against mould, fungi;
400 l/m2 – up to 4 coats – protects against mould, fungi, insects;
800 l/m2 – at least 4 coats or dipping in a tank – protects wood against fire class С,s1,d0, mould, fungi, insects;
25 l/m3 – dipping in a tank – protects against mould, fungi, insects;
175 l/m3 – treating under pressure in an autoclave – protects wood against fire class В,s1,d0 – timber with 40 mm thickness, fungi, insects;
200 l/m3 – treating under pressure in an autoclave – protects wood against fire class В,s2,d0 – timber with 20 mm thickness, fungi, insects.
