Regional Development Programme, municipality Velingrad

Velingrad municipality won a project, part of the “Regional Development Programme”.
As a result, park areas were reconstructed. Part of the funds were invested in building various wooden constructions: pergolas, summer-houses, railings, fences and playgrounds.

All timber components were pressure treated with Tanalith E wood preservative and Tanatone brown additive.
Pressure treatment was chosen as a more economical way of treatment than varnishing. It also ensures longer timber protection.

Treated timber has guaranteed protection against decay and insects for a period of 15 years.
